My Next Tour to Europe.

I am considering visiting Europe next month as I will be a long vacation of about 1 month after completing my graduate study.
I don’t know much about Europe and which places are worth visiting. Also don’t know which travel or tourism services to choose from. We have SOTC travel services available at my place, might go with them.
Some of my friends suggested me to visit Spain, France, London and Austria.
Spain is a big and developed country with cultural variations and various events. They have all – Mediterranean coastline, desert area, snowy mountains and more. There are various ways to move around in Spain, my friend advised me to get some Spain car hire services.
They also recommended going for France car hire and car hire Austria services to roam around those countries too. If you are lucky, you can find a Car hire rental services which is cost effective and provide pickup and drop off to almost most of the locations. Can anybody advise me further on this to plan my vacation smoothly?
